| Still pictures are taken with a digital camera. Be sure and do several practice runs. Only move the characters about 1/4 of an inch at a time. It is very important to keep the camera still. Use a tripod if available, or be sure to have a stable surface for the camera. Use tape to label the location of the camera. The camera cannot move while you take pictures. Typically, one person is in charge of taking pictures while another person moves the characters. The more photos taken with slight character movement, the smoother the animation. Be certain to keep your hands clean of debris. |
The still pictures will be imported to the computer.
